This documentary is the story about the ongoing fight of Southern California injured worker Larry Nign in his 14 year battle with the quasi-state owned State Compensation Insurance Fund and their attempts to financially crush him and break his spirit. This
documentary will show you how California's Workers Compensation insurance carriers commit fraud and corruption against the occupationally injured on a daily basis and asks the question why the state does not take legal or criminal action against them for their crimes.

This is a MUST SEE movie for every injured worker in this state! After the movie, there with be a Question & Answer period with the producers as well as an update as to what is going on with Workers Compensation in California.

This library is less than a half block from the Civic Center Metro & BART stations.

There will be no standing in the aisles at the request of the library and the Fire Department.

After the movie, we will be marching a block or two away to 1275 Market Street which is the headquarters of State Compensation Insurance Fund for a rally in support of Mr. Nign. This will be a peaceful rally and injured workers are expected to obey the law and the rights of the State Fund.

Labor advocate Steve Zeltzer and SEIU Local 1000 organizers who represent State Fund employees, will be on hand to tell you about how State Fund is not only screwing injured workers, but their own employees as well.
